Toronto, ON - New Horizons tower
Once an elderly home, after finding out about their unscrupulous actions against its Tenants, Aedan takes it upon himself to use dominate on the overseers to sign over the property for a sum of $5 million. He proceed to relocate the elderly to more reputable homes, and has the place renovated as a normal apartment building, save for the bottom floor. He rents out the bottom floor to businesses, using the rest to house those in his chantry, so that the current buildings can be used solely for research facilities.
