“Well that was taken care pretty quick with…” Ronan muttered, looking down at the torn creature.” You poor wretched soul...”

In the end he decided to join the rest and help them. Spending some of his rage, Ronan quickly turned into crinos form and joined the rest to give his gnosis to Gaia.

After he gave almost all of his gnosis, he turned back into homid form. Garou or not, he felt the best in this form.

The spirits began to come back in full force; emanating from the world around the group, the small grove began to light up with the life of Gaia, the Umbra almost humming with vitality as spirits rose from the barren land and water, singing and replenishing the quickly diminishing pools of gnosis that the group was spending to ensure the area was purified.

The ritual finished after roughly 25 minutes of howling. Each mote of gnosis that the wolves were able to donate to the ritual made the area of purification spread wider and wider, until finally the entire grove was feeling Gaia's embrace. The moon was high in the sky, and the spirits around could only smile and embrace the Cliath's as they finally came back to reality. The trees around the grove were whole and large once more, the sound of birds chirping could be heard in the distance, and running water was all around them; pure and clear as if the rain had just fallen. The spirits were singing; a great job had been done here, one that they would surely remember.

Kaelyn remembered at that time the Dancer that they had fought was still on the ground. She stood and walked over to the dead body. The purification ritual had cleansed all taint from the forsaken Red Talon, and as such, he had died a Garou who had devoted his life to the Wyrm, rather then a Dancer through and through. She turned to the group, looking to Lachlan, "You, Lachlan, take your trophy. Tonight we make haste to the caern." She looked around at the rest of the group, pointing out west towards the city, "About a kilometer from here is the caern we will visit. I've known the Alpha there for a long time, he will be kind in accepting us, though.....he's a bit brash."
Spending 1 gnosis to traverse the gauntlet, returning to Telarian.
Kaelyn returned to the physical realm, her eyes going wide as she realized the true nature of their work. No longer did the grove smell dead and decaying, but now was full of life and nature's bounty. She dropped back to her breed form, and begun to sniff the air, waiting for the rest of the group before setting off to the caern.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

The watchers waited at the caern's entrance; they were always present, and always watching, waiting for anyone to attempt to enter that they had not seen before. They do not forget, especially the faces of young pups that they may not see again. The Rites Master may be the one in charge of performing funeral rites, but the Watchers will always hold the memories of the young Garou's first arrival to the caern.

As the pack arrives to the caern, two large Garou in glabro form approach them. Each were holding glaives made of silver, their bodies clad in a thick chainmail armor. "HALT. WHAT BRINGS YOU TO THESE GROUNDS, PUPS OF ENGLAND'S BOSOM?!"

Lachlan shifted back to Homid form "Aye, that fellow was but a wee pup compared to me own ability to kill a man. I don't go around makin huge claims fer all to hear, but I do claim to be a great and mighty warrior, the better to get te English pigs out of our lands. They defile all that Gaia has seen fit te give us. Fer that they need a holy thrashin. Its my duty as a Garou, and a Scotsman." He said and nodded to Kaelyn. He picked up the dead Dancer and as his trophy and side stepped.
(Rolls 5,6,4,5.)

He appeared in the real world again and followed Kaelyn to the Caern. He then heard the greeting they received.
"Oi ther lad, I am no english swine! And careful ye don't be mistakin me fer one again cause them be fighting words. Now let us through so that I can present this dead Black Spiral Dancer to the Elders. Unless ye wish to press the issue of us being the fouckin english?" Lachlan stated feeling genuinely insulted

Aoife ceased her calling as she heard the others around her doing the same. Her intensely green eyes swept the grove as she looked about it in wonder, her jaw hanging open in a very human expression and a wolfen face. She'd not had much experience dealing with spirits, or these kind of spirits to be more specific. The drinking type of spirits on the other hand.. she knew all too well, she reflected with some amusement.
Cross back to the normal world
Roll : 6
It took a matter of minutes again but she finally arrived back to the more familiar world she was used to. She breathed in great lungfuls of the now sweet-smelling air, glad to be rid of the previous atmosphere. This! This is what the land was meant to be! She let forth one more howl that carried with it nothing so much as a sound of victory and celebration. She wasn't sure exactly what she had contributed to this whole adventure but together they had changed this little area of the world and it was astonishing to her.

Aoife glanced up at the impossibly bright moon. It was her moon tonight; that meant only a matter of a few nights before it would be full. She didn't mind this Crinos form but it did annoy her slightly that she was pulled into it every full moon when others of her kind seemed not to share that trait. She allowed herself to slip back into her human form, feeling fully normal once again. She liked the other forms she could assume but they just never quite felt... right.

She turned to the others as a smile grew on her face, glad to be able to speak normally again. She motioned around them. "Now dis is somet'ing to celebrate, friends! I hope dis caern of yours has some good drinks." she said to Kaelyn as they set off.

-----------------------------

Approaching the caern's watchers, Aoife added to Lachlan's objection. "Ta, dis is not English land last I heard." she said. "And from where I'm from, de people of Eire have no love for de English ideals of rule ei'der. We rule ourselves and are happy to do so."

She could feel herself beginning to bristle at the threat these watchers seemed to exude. True it was their job but if they were in fact English, were they to be trusted?
