July 23rd

Today I tried the same weight combination and got the 140 weight up in 5 minutes along with the 60 pound weight.

July 24th

Once more I tried the 140 and 60 pound weight and I managed to lift them simultaneously.

July 25th

I tried the combination of 150 and 50, and I actually lifted them with ease, maybe all this practice is making it easier.

July 26th

Today I tried 160 and 40, it took some concentration but I managed to lift both of them up in about 5 minutes.

July 27th

Today I tried the 160-40 combo and it took less than a minute to lift them both. I am getting better at this.

July 28th

I tried the final combination of weights. 180-20. It took 30 minutes to make any progress and even then it was slow moving.

July 29th

I made some progress with the new combination and in about an hour I managed to lift the combination in the air.
