Appearance/Light backgrond: A young, skinny hispanic male in his late teens, Levi was a good boy who found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Niko and Steph saw the boy get jumped, and stabbed.

"What the hell are we supposed to do with him?" Stephanie said with confusion, she didn't want to let him die, but at the same time, it wasn't thier problem.

"Look, we can let him die, or we can recruit him, but we still have several on the list, and really, what in the hell qualifies someone to learn to move things with their mind, being a chess champion? He's as good as any, hey kid, if you want to live, nod, but know your signing a devils contract and we'll own you...." Niko said, seeing an oppurtunity to mark another position off the list.

The boy nodded yes frantically as he bled out, "Excellent, two more to go."

"For Houston." Stephanie said with annoyance.

He wasn't expecting to find a canidate for the defense division here, but it seemed as good an oppurtunity as any. He asked the clerk about the uniform, and had learned she was a member of the Texas Military Services, out of a Camp Mabry. He approached her in the parking lot and used dominate to speak with her long enough for him to make a proposition, one she couldn't resist.

Niko spent no shortage of times in college campuses looking for a good fit for the San Antonio chantry, and had walked past more then a few admin offices, and thought nothing of any of them. Most had about as much spirit as a slug, and who could blame them? Trapped in this prison, variety wasn't something they were rewarded with often. Then he saw him. A portly black gentlemen that must have been in his early 30's, he didn't think it was possible. But he was...enjoying it.

"Ahhh theres nothing like a perfectly filed room." he said, standing in a room full of boxes, which he then proceeded to organize in alphabetical order against a wall to be picked up by maintnance. "The cycle of beauracracy. What keeps us above the gorillas."

Niko had to pick his jaw up from the floor. He was perfect.
