Lucy bared her teeth every so much, hunching more, body language taking on an almost defensive posture at the implying of Arcadia. She could feel the shudder of fear run through her. It wasn't so much anything that had happened there that caused the reaction; she couldn't remember most of it anyways.. No, it was the memory of the night He had come for her that caused her continual dread and the anxiety that it might happen again. The news though was worrisome. That meant.. what... at least a handful of groups in the past couple of months she'd heard talk of? The Draconic had not been long before her and Dante, and there had been a couple afterwards as well. And now more. She had heard others talk of it being unusual to see so many escapees. "More?" she asked with worry. "Does anyone know why there are more?" Suddenly she realized a pattern. "What.. are the new ones?" she asked. Aside from the three of them, most of the other recent arrivals had all been Beasts. She didn't know what that could possibly mean but.. it was certainly odd. Perhaps a Master had fallen and many of his pets had just escaped, taking different amounts of time making it to the Hedge.. On the other hand, it could be something else... Many other things. She shook her head, changing the subject. "No trouble with you. I just wanted my friend to meet you as well." she told Elleonorah. Truth be told, the Draconic had seemed intent on wanting to be.. friends... with the Darkling, and Lucy just wanted the one other Lost she did truly trust.. or trust as much as she could, to be a second judge on the Draconic's personality before she would open herself up any more to Elleonorah.

"More of 'em?" Dante asked, taking an almost defensive stance and looking over his shoulder. But no, Lucy had clarified. It was more Lost and not more... of Them. He regained his calmer posture almost reluctantly and his view returned to the trio. Wow.. what a relief, he thought. "Only bad thing I can see from that is overcrowding. The more Lost stationed here, the more deterring it is for those bloody monsters to try and come here." he said with confidence but in reality he was unsure. What if they came with an army? Would they even try to do something so heinous? If they're capable of dragging people to do their bidding by force it wasn't too out of this realm. Hell, with all the stuff thats happened in his life... Dante doesn't think many things impossible.

Lucy's glowing eyes narrowed. "Perhaps you need clearer vision, my friend." she told Dante, not in a mean way but kind of jokingly.. the humour though being lost in the seriousness of what she was thinking. "Maybe a deterrent.. or maybe what.. they.. might want..." she said slowly, head swinging from side to side with worry that They might overhear. "Spies?" she suggested. "A clandestine army they send here?" Her teeth were now fully bared just out of the sheer anxiety her fearful thoughts had created. She started backing up towards the nearest wall, a dark corner. She had to force herself to stop but right at that moment, it wouldn't take much to send her fleeing.

“That’s a fine reasoning, Lucy.” The draconic said with a nod, but her voice wasn’t very happy.” One flaw, if they were sending spies, this is the worst way to do it. Way too many, way too fast, from what I’m hearing.” She said, with a serious look on her face. Elleonorah wasn’t happy of thinking of this, but it was truth and it couldn’t be denied.
“The mere Beasts are very simple creatures and in that lie both their strength and weaknesses.” The draconic said, her pride of being superior to them, mixing in with the words without she herself noticing it.” They usually will go two ways, rebellious or loyal ‘till death.” She said with serious eyes, looking around as if to see if there is something wrong going on.
“Army… well this might be it. I’d expect to see a lot more guards around for a while… a good while…”

Dante did feel a bit of fear crawl in as he saw Lucy back herself into a corner. It was almost a reflex nowadays when there was any Fae activity suspected. He, however, remained as clam as he could and gestured to Lucy to come back from out of the corner. "Let's relax for a second. If we jump to paranoid conclusions it will only make things bad for us. If there was a major problem we would know about it from the Freehold King or its members." he said as he put his hands inside his windbreaker pockets. He wasn't particularly good at comforting people but he did try.

Lucy gave a dark look at her companions. "What if They want us to see them? To scare us? Not as spies but as a message?" she asked in return. She grudgingly slunk forward again at Dante's insistence but her posture screamed defensive. Her eyes narrowed. "Maybe they don't realize what could be going on..." she replied in barely above a whisper. She really did realize that her first thought was probably the most likely, that something had happened to a Master and this was merely the trickle of his slaves finding their way out of the Hedge but she wouldn't take that as fact without proof. She knew she could not rely on any other Lost for protection, not truly. If it came down to it, she would not except any other of them to sacrifice themselves for her and she would not do the same. She had to think of herself because no one else would. She knew she had learned hard lessons over the past decade in that; she couldn't remember what they were but she knew how important the lessons were to learn. It had kept her alive and had brought her back to the real world.

“ Doubt it is that kind of message… not threatening enough. Still something is definitely going on. I don’t really believe in coincidences and that many is surely not an coincidence.” The draconic said with a shrug.
“Well mere beasts may not really be the concern here indeed.” The draconic nodded agreeing on that they themselves may not know what is going on.” Better keep an eye out, just in case… as usual.”
“Say, you two want to get out of here?” The draconic asked.” I was planning on talking around, but it’s way to chaotic right now to do anything.”

Lucy cocked her head to the side. She did want to leave the busy freehold but suspicion was always forefront in her mind. Her eyes narrowed. "And go where?" she asked. She was really caught between warring feelings; on one side she hated crowds, on the other, they didn't know this Draconic that well... for all they knew, the Fairest could lead them into a trap while they were split off from other Lost. To trust or not? Trusting was only a good choice when you held the advantage. In this case, they didn't but.. if there was never the option to trust, you could never work well enough with anyone... but if you withheld your trust, you could never be betrayed either... Unable to decide, she looked questioningly at Dante. Right at that moment, Lucy skittered away, almost trampled by a hulking, brutish looking Lost who wasn't paying attention on his way by. After his passing, slowly she rejoined the others.

"We could always just go for a walk around this place. At night even a simple walk around the streets is as refreshing as a walk around the coast." The draconic said with a smile." Besides, I want some space to stretch my wings at least for a while." She said.
"There is also the fact that I want to go get something to drink..."

"Well... um.. ok.. I guess."

Dante didn't really have anything else to do but at the same time.. there wasn't much of anything to do outside at this time. Everything besides pubs and the like were closed. Overall, the Draconic seemed nice enough, for now. "Should we.. head out now then?" he asked, pointing towards the exit.
