Location : Southwest Scotland, right near the English border.
Year : 1296 (or around depending if we want it during the hostilities or slightly before)
Circumstances : Right around the time of the Scottish Rebellion against England (William Wallace)
The English are coming in, chopping down forests to make forts and walls, clearing out areas to build castles, disrupting nature wherever they go which angers the Garou in the area. Many have kinfolk in border villages which have been abused by the English soldiers in the area and has lead to the death of a number of Kin which is also angering the Garou.
