It's a free to play massive multiplayer online that's a third person shooter. It's perhaps one of the biggest MMOs out there with such a large amount of customization and perhaps one of the few of its kind as far as gameplay goes. You can play as a Criminal where you rob people or stores, do missions for contacts or cause general mayhem.
Or you can play as Enforcer and intercept the Criminals on all their wrongly activities.
