dice update

The dice page and menu got some changes :
• Hitting only the dice button will now take you right to the D10 (WoD) page with options for different dice types
• added D4, D5, D6, D8, D10, D12 and D20 (many for Pathfinder)
• rolling a certain amount of dice, the amount input will now keep the number rather than reverting to 1, for easier re-rolling
if anyone sees any issues, as always, tell me XD
